This is a summary of the trip. Tracking dates, docking locations, fuel used (one tank, multiply by 2 to get full fuel usage), hours in each leg, miles driven. On the right side are totals so far. In the Notes field P=Pump Out, F=Filled Front Water tank, R=Filled Rear Water Tank. You will also see “nn per side” that is how much fuel we put in each tank. Normally it would be the same on both sides, but the generator pulls from one tank at a time. I try to balance it out, but I don’t succeed. The Fuel Burn is calculated using the Flow-Scan monitor. It gives to the nearest 10th of a gallon. But across a large number of days it can be 20-25% off. Every once in awhile I’ll fill it the entire way to give me a full tank to start with (ie Britt, ON and Manistique, MI) Fuel cost is how much we’ve used, not how much we purchased so far.

Just checking to see where you are these days. We just put our boat away for the winter here in Orillia and dream of southern adventures. Are you continuing on to Florida this year?

Sorry, got a little behind with the updates. Presently on the TN/MS boarder, will be moving south the next 10 days. Should be at the Florida panhandle by the 15th.

Super happy to be in Florida, past 180 day of travel, past the 3,000 mile mark so we are truly half way. But we are noticing a speed up, in the early part of the trip, we did 20 miles and were happy, last sets of jumps were 35+ (two over 80) so we are going farther.
